This role has been carefully structured as a development-focused trainee programme, providing hands-on exposure to live transactions, senior deal teams, and global markets from day one. You will be immersed in the core functions of investment banking, supporting teams across corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, structured finance, and strategic advisory. • Assist with financial modelling, valuations, and investment analysis
  • Prepare pitch decks, investment memoranda, and client-facing materials
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and financial due diligence
  • Work closely with compliance and risk teams to ensure AML and regulatory standards are met
  • Support client onboarding, KYC, and AML processes where required
  • Collaborate with teams across UK and international offices

  • Opportunities for national and international travel
  • Relocation opportunities across UK and overseas offices (optional)
  • Exposure to senior leadership and global deal teams
  • Private healthcare, pension contributions, and wellbeing support
  • Hybrid working options depending on team and deal requirements
