About the Role
This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious and analytically driven Junior Financial Analyst to join a fast-paced, forward-thinking finance environment where your development, exposure, and long-term career progression are taken seriously from day one.
As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will work closely with senior analysts, finance managers, and decision-makers across the business, gaining hands-on exposure to real-world financial analysis, commercial strategy, forecasting, and performance reporting. This role has been designed to accelerate your transition from junior level into a fully-fledged analyst, offering structured learning, mentorship, and early responsibility.
You will be involved in analysing financial data, identifying trends, supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, and producing high-quality reports that directly influence strategic decisions. The position is ideal for a graduate or early-career professional who wants more than just a “numbers role”. You will develop a deep understanding of how finance underpins business performance, risk management, investment decisions, and long-term growth. Over time, you will gain exposure to senior stakeholders, board-level reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with teams such as operations, compliance, risk, and strategy.
Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and a genuine interest in financial markets, business performance, and data-driven decision-making will set you up for success in this role. Candidates with an interest or background in AML, compliance, or regulated financial environments will be viewed very favourably, as financial governance and controls play a key role in the wider business.
This role offers a clear and transparent progression path, with the opportunity to move into Financial Analyst, Senior Analyst, FP&A, Risk, or Strategic Finance roles as you develop.
